Saperavi aged into the casks:
in villageShilda, in our vineyard, we harvest at the end of September, in the maximum maturity of grapes, the wine is pressed according to Kakhetian traditional rule and is boiled into the pitcher, it undergoes the process of changing into the wine here till March, it is transferred to the smaller casks for further maturity early in spring. The wine itself is signified with the aroma of blackberry and berries, mixed well with cherries. It is great with meat, fried and stewed wild animals with spices. Red dry wine:
it is produced in Kakheti, village Shilda, from the best species of the wine Saperavi grown in our vineyards. It is dark pomegranate color with violet colour. Blackberry and currant tones are marked in the species aroma. Serve with roast meat, different meats and cheese. It is pleasant after 15-16 °C ear contact. Rkatsiteliaged into the cask:
white dry wine aged into the cask. It is produced on the territory of the village Shilda, Kakheti region, from the best species of Rkatsiteli grapes frown in our vineyards. The wine is significantly amber-coloured.
